The [insert neat title of some sort] of Monghai

The City of Monghai is officially ruled by the [some glorious adjective] Tangerine, but a lot of the real power lies in the [totally-not-Triad], whose tendrils slither all over the city, most openly in the somewhat contained Gambling District and the adjacent Waterworks.

A lot more story will be made, as more and more districts get a good chunk done. Still very heavily w.i.p

The Gambling District

A district surrounded by residential walls, the main function of which is to keep the larceny contained. Kinda gaudy with all sorts of red accents everywhere. Seedy gambling dens and other notorious establishments.
